With over 20 years in IT, I've spent my career designing secure, scalable cloud infrastructures in Azure, deploying MDM solutions with Intune, Mosyle, and Kandji, and leading cross-functional teams through complex enterprise projects. Cybersecurity, project management, and cross-platform expertise in Windows and macOS have been the pillars of my professional life.
But outside the office, I'm an endurance athlete and health data nerd. I track workouts on Strava, sleep with Oura, and monitor vitals through Apple Health. The problem? Three apps, three dashboards, three incomplete pictures of my health.
So I built the tool I wished existed. Vitals+ brings Strava, Oura, and Apple Health into a single, clear dashboard — no clutter, no data selling, no compromises.
