Visit our Apps page or search for the app on the Apple App Store. Tap 'Get' or the price button to download. The app will install automatically on your device.

Open the app and navigate to Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If you purchased directly through our website, use the same email to sign in.

Go to the app's Settings > Advanced > Reset to Default. This will restore all settings to their defaults without deleting your data or account.

First, ensure you're connected to the internet and signed in with the same account on all devices. Try toggling sync off and on in Settings > Cloud Sync. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in.

For App Store purchases, visit Apple's Report a Problem page within 14 days. For direct purchases through our website, email support@cloudlayerapps.com within 30 days and we'll process your refund.

Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID or CloudLayer account, not your device. Simply sign in with the same account on your new device and restore your purchases.
